Show me the way...
The goal of calgarytakeout is to provide customers quick, convenient and accurate online ordering. In order to do this, calgarytakeout has created a unique 8 step ordering process.
Step One
Restaurant Type. Customers will choose whether they are going to be using delivery or takeout. Customers may only search for one service at a time.
Step Two
Customer Location. On the calgarytakeout mapping system, customers will click on their exact location. Detailed view of a street level is provided.

Takeout: Customer is provided a list of restaurants. These restaurants are listed in ascending order starting with the closest restaurant ending with the farthest to the customer location. The distance from the customer location to the restaurant is provided in kilometers. |

Delivery: Customer is provided a list of restaurants that offer delivery to their location. |
Step Four
Places Order. The online & interactive menu system allows the customer to add, comment or edit the items within their order. Customer receives order number.
Step Five
Customer Verification Phone Call. Calgarytakeout calls the customer. To verify the order, customers are required to enter their order number during the verification phone call.
Step Six
Restaurant Verification Phone Call. Calgarytakeout calls the restaurant. To verify the order, restaurants are required to accept or cancel the order. Upon accepting order, restaurants receive customer phone number and are now responsible for order.
Step Seven
Faxing. Customer information and order is immediately faxed to the restaurant.

Delivery or Takeout
